My name is Ekaterina, Kate if you are too lazy to use the full version (and I'm completely OK with that!). On the Internet, I usually go by nickname Arenel, which is derived from the name of a Silmarillion heroine. You can tell that I'm a long-time Tolkien fan by now, right? I'm somewhere in the middle of my Ph.D. in computer science, which doesn't stop me from passionately learning languages too. Who said that a technical mind and a humanitarian mind are mutually exclusive?
